As we have both onsite and offsite units, pricing will vary for each rental and will be listed under availability.
Spaces
Onsite, within the mobile park, we have two types of spaces. The prices for each are listed below. Water will be included in rent.
Spaces with storage sheds only: $325
Spaces with carport and storage sheds: $350
Meeting Room
We rent our meeting room to tenants and non-tenants alike. Pricing for the room is listed below. Please contact us for availability.
2 Hours: $35
Note: Non-Tenants pay an additional $50 cleaning deposit.
