Alder Grove Amenities
Alder Grove has many amenities, several of which aren't available at other mobile home parks in the area. We offer everything from a play area for the youth to a community garden for those with a green thumb. We have something for everyone!
Playground
Alder Grove provides a playground for the youth in the community including slides, swing sets, tetherball and more. Additionally, during business hours items such as soccer balls, basketballs, ping pong paddles and more are available to borrow.
Fountain and Seating Area
Katelyn's Park, named after the owner's granddaughter, has a fountain and seating area providing a tranquil setting where you can sit and relax.
Basketball Court
Get your game on! Alder Grove provides a basketball court where you can often find a game going on in the summer months.
Tennis Court
In addition to several other games, Alder Grove provides a tennis court for those wishing to play. Tennis rackets are available to borrow during business hours.
Soccer Field
A soccer field is available parallel to the park where you can often find a game or someone practicing.
Landon's Trail
Named after the owner's grandson, this trail surrounds the play area and is perfect for an afternoon stroll. For those looking for a longer walk, the Elk Creek Conservation trail is only a few minutes away.
Picnic Area
Katelyn's Park has a dedicated picnic area as well as numerous picnic benches throughout where you can sit to eat or just relax.
Fire Pit
Come enjoy the crackling sound of a fire or roast some marshmallows in the community fire pit.
Giant Chess Set
Find an opponent and hone your skills at chess using the Park's giant chess set.
Giant Checker Set
If a game of Checkers is more your speed there is a giant checker set in the park as well.
Vending Machines
Grab a snack in the recreational hall's vending machines. Choose from between candy, frozen food, and soda.
Video Games
Test drive a race car or play a shoot 'em up game with one of the recreation hall's many video games.
Mailboxes
No need to run to the town's post office as Alder Grove provides mailboxes where you can have your mail delivered.
