Alder Grove, which was established in 1968 on the old homestead of Luther Ford, currently has 123 rental units consisting of spaces (for those looking to park their own mobile home), apartments, houses, and of course mobile homes. Alder Grove has both onsite rentals, meaning within the mobile home park, and offsite rentals, meaning outside of the mobile home park.

Here at Alder Grove we like to build a community for our tenants by providing amenities not found at other rental properties in the area. We also contribute to our community by holding a number of events during the year that our tenants can participate in. Furthermore, as we are celebrating our 50th year in business, we are giving away 3 prizes to our tenants for 5 months during 2018. Each month representing a 10 year period we have been in business.

Alder Grove is located just minutes from the popular Elk Creek Conservation trailhead, and is uniquely positioned between the Olympic mountains and the Pacific Ocean beaches. Additionally, the town of Forks, where Alder Grove is located, is where author Stephenie Meyer based her Twilight novels.
